1. What Topmast is

Topmast is a tool to schedule, publish and track videos on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook accounts. It is for internal use: only people authorized by our team have access, and only our team's own accounts are connected.

2. Platform rules

By connecting a YouTube account to Topmast, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. When Topmast is used with any connected account, each platform's rules also apply: the YouTube Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy, the Meta Platform Terms and the TikTok Terms of Service. Topmast uses only these platforms' official APIs.

3. Responsibility for content

Each account's owner team is the publisher. Every video is approved by a team member before it enters the publishing queue, and the team is responsible for the published content and for respecting each platform's rules and third-party rights.

4. Prohibited use

Topmast may not be used to post to third-party accounts without authorization, to send spam, to bypass platform limits or protections, or for any unlawful purpose.

5. Availability

Topmast is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Platforms may change or suspend their APIs at any time, which may affect features.

6. Privacy

How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the version in force.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
